4.3 AI-Generated Content

KUNAMI uses artificial intelligence to generate strategic insights. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of insights
• AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication systems, and regular security audits.

5.2 Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share data only with service providers who help operate KUNAMI, to comply with legal requirements, or with your explicit consent.

6. Export Limits and Service Restrictions

6.1 Export Limits

Free and standard users may export strategy plans up to 3 times per session. This limit resets when you start a new session and may be increased for premium or enterprise plans.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
